FAQs

HIO Indoor Golf FAQs

Can anyone play?

Absolutely! No membership is required to play at our facility. However, we highly recommend checking out our membership options, as they offer the absolute best overall value for regular players.

Are reservations required?

Not required, but highly recommended. Due to limited availability, we can quickly become booked during peak hours. Tee times can be booked online or over the phone.

How much time should I book for my session?

As a general rule of thumb, it takes approximately 1 hour per person to complete a full 18-hole round. For example, a group of 4 players should book a 4-hour session.

Do I need to bring my own clubs, or do you provide rentals?

You are welcome to bring your own clubs (please ensure they are clean!). If you don’t have your own, we provide premium rental clubs for $10 for the entire session.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes! We highly encourage guests to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages to enjoy in our rooms. We charge a $10 corkage fee for BYOB, which includes ice and glasses provided for your bay.

Do you serve food and beverages?

We offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and light bites. We are a fully BYOB-friendly facility and welcome outside food.

What are the differences between the rooms?

We offer three different room experiences tailored to your group size and gameplay preferences:

  • White Room: Up to 3 people, standard static floor.

  • Green Rooms (2): Up to 4 people each, features an advanced swing plate (moving floor). These two rooms can connect to host parties of up to 8 people.

  • Blue Room (Party Room): Our dedicated large group setup for up to 8 people max (6 active players). Features a swing plate and is fully equipped for left-handed players.

Do you have speakers to play music?

Yes! We have speakers equipped to play music in both our Green Rooms and Blue Room so you can jam out during your session.

Can kids play?

Yes, we are a family-friendly environment for all ages. To ensure safety, kids should have a basic understanding of how to swing a golf club before using the simulator equipment. Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
