Booking & Cancellation Policy

HIO Indoor Golf operates on a reservation basis. Because we accommodate a limited number of players, we ask that any cancellations or scheduling changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your reserved tee time.

While we do not charge immediate fees for cancellations, frequent late cancellations or failing to show up for your reservation (No-Shows) may result in the loss of online booking privileges, requiring you to call in for future reservations.

Maximum Capacity Per Bay

Spectators and guests are always welcome! However, to ensure the safety of all players and the comfort of our guests, each simulator room has a strict maximum capacity limit:

  • White Room: Maximum of 3 people total.

  • Green Rooms: Maximum of 4 people per room.

  • Blue Room: Maximum of 8 people total.

Please ensure you book the appropriate room experience for your entire party size.

Dress Code & Footwear

We recommend comfortable, athletic clothing to ensure you can swing freely. Clean sneakers, running shoes, or spikeless golf shoes are required to play.

Strictly no metal spikes, high heels, work boots, or dirty footwear are permitted on the simulator platforms or swing plates at any time.

Liability & Damages Policy

  • Injuries: HIO Indoor Golf is not responsible or liable for any personal injuries sustained on the premises at any time. Players participate at their own risk.

  • Property Damage: Guests assume full financial responsibility for any damages caused to our indoor golf equipment during their session. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to simulator screens, kiosks, tracking sensors, swing plates, and loaner/rental clubs.

Introduction on Golf Simulators

HIO Indoor Golf is proud to feature SG GOLF simulators, the most advanced simulator technology in South Korea. Indulge in the full playing experience at courses around the world, without having to travel to them.

We have 5 private rooms, with our VIP Room accommodating up to 6 people. Our rooms are rented by the hour regardless of how many players are in the room. On average, it takes about one hour for an individual to play 18 holes.

VIP ROOM - ROYAL BLUE

Our largest room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. Featuring a moving floor called a Swing Plate to create downhill, uphill, and side-hill lies, BLUE offers the ultimate luxury experience with complimentary drink upon arrival and ice towels as you finish your game.

GREEN ROOM

Experience the cutting-edge technology that redefined indoor golf in South Korea. Comfortably seating up to 4 people per room, our Green Rooms feature an advanced moving Swing Plate that shifts dynamically to recreate real-world slopes, giving you true-to-life uphill, downhill, and side-hill lies.

  • Connectable Layout: These two rooms can seamlessly open up into a single large space to host parties of up to 8 people.

  • Premium Audio: Equipped with dedicated Bluetooth speakers so you can control the music and vibe of your session.

WHITE ROOM

Welcome to the world of South Korean screen golf. Comfortably seating up to 3 people, our White Rooms offer our most cost-effective and accessible entry point to premium simulator tech. Featuring standard static floors, this space delivers high-precision tracking without the added cost of moving platforms—making it the ultimate high-value choice for serious practice or a casual round.
